This Privacy Policy explains what information Pavilion Homes collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers our website, our booking web app, and the Pavilion Manager staff mobile app.
1. Who We Are
Pavilion Homes is a short-term rental property-management service operated by Pavilion Consulting LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy applies to our website and booking web app at pavilionhomes.io and to the Pavilion Manager mobile application used by our staff and authorized partners.

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
When you create an account — as a guest on our booking platform or as a staff member in the Pavilion Manager app — we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, and a securely hashed password.
2.2 Reservation and Stay Information
When you book or stay with us, we collect details such as your reservation dates, the property booked, the number and details of guests in your party, and any notes or requests you provide.
2.3 Payment Information
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems. We receive limited information such as the card brand, the last four digits, and the payment's status to manage your reservation.
2.4 Communications
We collect the messages you exchange with us through the platform or through connected channels (for example, messages relayed from a booking channel), so we can respond and support your stay.
2.5 Device and Usage Information
We collect basic technical information such as IP address, device or browser type, and application logs. We use this to operate the service, keep it secure, and diagnose problems. We do not use advertising identifiers or third-party tracking/analytics SDKs, and the apps do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
2.6 Staff App Sign-In
When our team members sign in to the Pavilion Manager app, we process their account credentials and an authentication session token to verify identity and display the operational data they are authorized to see. The session token is stored securely on the device.
3. How We Use Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
- Provide, operate, and maintain the booking platform and our internal staff tools.
- Process and manage reservations and payments.
- Communicate with you about bookings, support requests, and important service updates.
- Operate, secure, and improve our services, and detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to run our business and provide our services:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf under contract — including Stripe (payments), Guesty (reservation, channel, and messaging management), and Google Cloud (hosting and infrastructure). They may use the data only to provide services to us.
- As necessary to operate your reservation and stay.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our guests, our team, or the public.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
5. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business and legal purposes, such as recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and compliance. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You can access or update your account information by signing in, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — such as the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information. To make a request, email us at management@pavilionhomes.io and we will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Pavilion Manager Mobile App
The Pavilion Manager app is a private, internal tool for Pavilion Homes staff and authorized partners. It requires a staff account to sign in and collects account and login information solely to authenticate the user and display operational data. The app contains no advertising and performs no third-party tracking. Operational data shown in the app (such as reservations and guest messages) is business information we already hold and is displayed only to authorized staff.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
Our services may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the version and effective date above and post the updated policy on this page. Your continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
